Dr. Katie Hamilton ND
Dr. Katie Hamilton was raised in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Canmore, Alberta, which helped foster her passion for healthy, active living. She competed Nationally and Internationally as an alpine ski racer before pursuing her academic studies. Katie obtained a degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, and was awarded the top academic honour for the program. Following graduation, she spent several months volunteering as an advocate for educational opportunities for girls in West Africa. Upon her return to Canada, Katie completed a 4 year medical degree at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC, and was once again awarded the top academic honour of her graduating class.
Dr. Hamilton believes in a patient-centered approach which emphasizes holistic care through shared-decision making. This approach helps empower her patients to achieve and optimize their health and lifestyle goals so that they may build a sustainable foundation of wellness. She practices evidence-based medicine with a focus on clinical nutrition, lifestyle modifications/ exercise, botanical medicine/ supplements and pharmaceuticals (when indicated). She also has extensive experience using acupuncture, trigger point injections, and perineural injections for pain management, rehabilitation after injury, and for the maintenance of an active lifestyle.
Dr. Hamilton recognizes that health/ illness don’t exist in isolation, and strives to assist her patients with overcoming any personal barriers to healing through support of body, mind, and spirit. She also believes in the importance of collaborating with the other medical/ healthcare practitioners involved in each patient’s care.
In addition to her general medical practice, Dr. Hamilton has a particular interest in clinical and sports nutrition, women’s health, preventative healthcare, and healthy aging.
Outside of the clinic, Katie is a dedicated mother, and loves immersing herself in nature and community whether through hiking, yoga, browsing the farmer’s market, or simply spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Robyn Stanley ND
Dr. Robyn Stanley grew up with a naturopathic lifestyle. As a child, she looked forward to visiting her naturopathic doctor and appreciated the highly individualized care. Her passion to provide that same exceptional care and guidance to help her patients discover the root cause of their health concerns is what drove Dr. Stanley to become a naturopathic physician. She is very passionate about creating a safe, connected, and inspiring atmosphere where her patients can work through the healing process. Dr. Stanley received her medical degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic medicine in 2014 where she graduated with the prestigious Spirit of Boucher award acknowledging her for outstanding commitment to both the community and academics. Prior to relocating to Kamloops, British Columbia - Dr. Stanley operated her own successful private practice in North Vancouver, BC. Dr. Stanley’s practice focuses on pain management, personal health optimization, and hormone balancing for all individuals. With an extensive passion for physical medicine Dr. Stanley has spent many years perfecting injection therapy techniques and currently holds advanced certification in PRP, neural and peri- neural therapy, therapeutic and cosmetic Botox and is one of the original core group of naturopathic physicians in Canada to advocate and perform injections under ultrasound guidance. Dr. Stanley is active in BC with presentations for the public on various topics as well as she has written for Alive Magazine, NSMBA, and Mountain Bike for Her. She has also been an advanced physical medicine instructor for the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, BC. Dr. Stanley’s passion for nature extends into her personal life as well.
